Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions & Cancellation

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a paid plan and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Credits

Credits consumed by cloud models, automated checks, and deployments are non-refundable once used, as they reflect services already delivered.

Unused credit balances may be refundable at our discretion, subject to review.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us through our Contact page with your account email and purchase details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
