Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern your use of Faiber and the services we provide.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Faiber ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Faiber.
2. The Service
Faiber is an agentic development environment that helps you design, code, and ship websites, mobile, and TV applications. Access to certain features requires an account and may consume paid credits.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid plans.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated.
4. Payments & Credits
Paid plans and credits are billed through our supported payment gateways. Prices are shown before purchase and include applicable taxes where required by law.
Credits are consumed as you use cloud models, automated checks, and deployments. Unless stated otherwise, purchased credits are non-transferable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to distribute malware, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
You retain ownership of the content and code you create. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faiber is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For any questions about these terms, please reach us through our Contact page.
